This apartment is one half of a duplex. On the first floor is a comfortable lounge area with two large sofas and one large chair, with a coffee table and 42" TV. The kitchen/diner looks out onto the intra-coastal waterway. There is table seating for 4 people. The kitchen comprises a stove, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave. Dishes and utensils are provided for cooking and all dishes, plates, cups, glasses and cutlery are included. Upstairs is a bedroom with king-sized bed. There is a closet, set of drawers, two bedside tables and a 32" Flat screen TV. The bedroom leads out onto a balcony overlooking the intra-coastal. The bedroom leads onto an en-suite bathroom. A washer and dryer are provided in the hallway off the bedroom.

This room can be part of the owners home or the renters apartment. It allows renters to only pay for an extra room when they need it. For the occasional overnight both sofas in the living room are sleepers.
