- No Pets - However, we are happy to accommodate ESA and/Service animals.
- Occupancy is Max of 10 - $150 will be charged to booked guests after the 10th guest.

Disclaimer - We are a licensed vacation rental home in Florida. That being said we require the guest requesting to stay on property to sign our rental agreement and provide a copy of ID and credit card. Once we receive these items, your booking will be complete and the fun can begin!

There is a community boat ramp 2 doors down you are welcome to use. There is no dock only a pilon to tie your boat to if necessary. We are also close to other local marinas if you feel more comfortable there.
